KARACHI: The preventive staff of Drug Enforcement Cell JIAP of Pakistan Customs, which was on duty at Pakistan Post’s Express Mail Service in the PECHS society seized a post parcel during a routine examination from which 1550 grams of Heroin powder was recovered.
Moreover, it is important to mention that the said parcel was on its way to head off for Canada.
According to the information received, the heroin was creatively obscured in an empty jeweler’s box. Furthermore, after the happening of this incident vigorous efforts are taking place to apprehend the culprits without any delay.
Collector Preventive, Tariq Huda will further enlighten the details of this incident during a press conference at Custom House tomorrow.
