KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has imposed major penalty i.e. dismissal from service on four Grade-16 officers because of inefficiency, misconduct and corruption.
Disciplinary proceedings were initiated against Shahid-ul Hasan, Inspector MCC Preventive, Lahore, Muhamad Sharif Watto, Inspector MCC Appraisement Lahore, Nawaz Ali Shaikh, Superintendent RTO, Karachi and Ejaz Ahmed, Examiner MCC Exports Karachi.
After having considered all the aspects of the cases and the recommendations of Authorized Officer, the competent authority imposed the major penalty of the above mentioned officers of Grade-16.
