KARACHI: Shahid Ibrahim Dasti, appraising officer has been given temporary charge of officiating officer as principal appraiser for his good performance.
In an officer order issued by Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Appraisement West said that Dasti had given the charge of principal appraiser until further order.
However, at the new post Dasti would not able to claim any right of seniority vis-à-vis any other officer on the basis the office order.
“He will continue to draw his salary in his present cadre and will be utilized / posted as appraising officer without assigning any reason and without giving any notice,” the office order said.
The order will only be treated as administrative and Dasti will not be able to exercise adjudication power of a principal appraiser.
