KARACHI: The officials of Directorate of Investigations and Intelligence (DIT) surrendered a vehicle detained by them before the Nazir of High Court of Sindh on Wednesday.
An appellate bench of High Court ordered the custom authorities to produce a Toyota X vehicle before Nazir of SHC while hearing a Special Customs Reference Appplciation (SCRA) filed by Pakistan Customs against one Mohammad Usman after Special Customs Appellate Tribunal ruled in favour of Usman.
