KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprisinf Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan on Wednesday part heard petitions pertaining to dozens of smuggled vehicles.
Kashif Nazeer advocate representing Customs department read out a 35 paged judgment by Justice Munib Akhtar which decided the identical issues wide its detailed judgment
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate represented the petitioners/owners of the vehicles.
The counsel for department was on his feet when the bench deferred further hearing till Nov 14.
