KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of artificial leather waist belts (low-end brands) vide Valuation Ruling No.1110/2017.
Reference values of artificial leather waist belts were earlier notified vide Valuation Database letter. As per the policy in vogue, Valuation Database letters are converted into valuation ruling for uniform applicability.
The customs values of waist belt (artificial leather low-end brands) under PCT 4203.3000 of China are fixed at $4.2/kg, other origins at $4.85/kg.
