KARACHI: Hearing a constitution petition filed by Engineer Nasir Hussain, a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh on Friday ordered interim custody of land Cruiser to the petitioner till decision in the petition.
The same bench also ordered production of another Land Cruiser on Sept 28. The bench was moved by one Khalid Hussain whose vehicle was confiscated by the Intelligence and Investigation directorate of Pakistan Customs on alleged ground of being smuggled one and tampered chasis number.
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appeared for the petitioners and submitted that the vehicles were duly purchased and petitioners are in possession of all documents including import papers.
