KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed on Wednesday ordered release of an oil tanker allegedly used for transporting smuggled diesel and oil.
Sher Jan, owner of the oil tanker moved the court through Zia-ul-Hasan advocate making the Collector Customs, Hyderabad as respondent. The petitioner has sought the implementation of order passed by Special Customs Appellate Tribunal in his favour.
The bench today after hearing the sides ordered release of the vehicle.
