KARACHI: Pakistan Customs, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigations was directed to produce a vehicle before Nazir of Sindh High Court by April 14.
The order came from a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan which earlier heard Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for petitioner Liaqaut Ali.
She submitted that petitioner moved the court for implementation of the order of the Special Customs Appellate Tribunal which has ordered release of the vehicle.
Kashif Nazeer advocate opposed the plea and said vehicle bears tampered chasis number.
The bench observed that the tribunal has decided the question of fact. Come prepared on next date of hearing but first produce the vehicle, the bench said while fixing April 12as next date of hearing in the matter.
