KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has dismissed Ms. Misbah Khatana (BS-19) Additional Director, Directorate of Risk Management Karachi on account of inefficiency & misconduct, a notification said on Tuesday.
After having examined the relevant record and written defense by the accused officer the authorized officer Member Administration found Ms. Khatana guilty of all charges and recommended to the authority imposition of major penalty.
Secretary Revenue Division, Chairman FBR after considering all the aspects of the case and after having accorded opportunity of personal hearing to the accused officer imposed major penalty of ‘removal from service” upon Ms. Misbah Khatana.
