KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry and Justice Muhammad Hasan (Akber) disposed of a constitutional petition filed by Messer’s Welkin Enterprises, a custom clearing agent through counsel Amjad Ali Ruk, seeking restoration of its license.
Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate represented the respondent custom authorities. He stated that appeal for restoration of license is fixed before Chief Collector on 24.08.2026.
The bench said that in this circumstance it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition. The bench ordered to the Appellate Authority to decide the Petitioner’s appeal expeditiously, preferably within three weeks.
