KARACHI: A Special Customs Reference Application No 58 of 2015 was dismissed by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Agha Faisal and Justice Jan Ali Junejo.
Ms Afsheen Aman Advocate, counsel for applicant Department at the outset informed the bench that the question before the court has already been decided against the department by order dated 24.11.2020 passed in SCRA 334 of 2015. She stated that in view of such order the instant SCRA may also be dismissed.
The bench agreeing to such argument dismissed the SCRA directing its office to send a copy of decision to the Registrar Customs Appellate Tribunal at Karachi.
