KARACHI: A custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh dismissed as withdrawn a contempt application filed by Messer’s Pest Management Services (Pvt) Limited against Collector of Customs, Appraisement (East) Karachi.
Earlier the Collector Appraisement (East) appeared before the bench with his counsel Sardar Zafar Hussain. Barrister M Sauban Tasleem at the outset informed the bench that the order of the Sindh High Court has been complied and in such circumstance, the application has served its purpose and applicant intends to withdraw the same.
The bench after this statement dismissed the contempt plea as withdrawn.
