KARACHI: Three more Special Customs Reference Applications filed by White Steel and M. Ashraf Brothers against Pakistan Customs, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim Collectorate were disposed of by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Agha Faisal and Justice Jan Ali Junejo.

The SHC bench deprecated the judgments being un-reasoned and non speaking after hearing  Muhammad Saad Shafiq Siddiqui Advocate appearing for the applicants and Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate representing Customs Collectorate.

Both the counsels submitted that the questions raised in these SCRAs are covered in order passed by this court in SCRA No 184 of 2025. They also relied on a judgment passed in ITRA 343 of 2024 and prayed to the court to dispose of these SCRA in same terms.

The bench agreeing to such submissions disposed of the three SCRAs 912,913 and 914 of 2024 setting aside the orders of the Customs Appellate Tribunal and remanding the same back for fresh adjudication.
