Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced a series of transfers and postings of senior officers in the Pakistan Customs Service (BS-19 and BS-20), effective immediately.
– Mr. Irfan Javed (BS-20) has been moved from Collector, Customs Exports at Port Qasim, Karachi, to Chief (International Customs), FBR Headquarters, Islamabad.
– Mr. Muhammad Saeed Watto (BS-20), already serving as Collector, Customs Appraisement at Port Qasim, will now also hold additional charge of Collector, Customs Exports, Port Qasim.
– Mr. Moin-Ud-Din Ahmad Wani (BS-20) has been transferred from Customs Enforcement, Karachi, to Collector, Customs Appraisement (East), Karachi.
– Mr. Asdaq Afzal Sensera (BS-20) moves from Customs Appeals, Karachi, to Director, Post Clearance & Internal Audit (North), Islamabad, with additional charge of Director General of Law & Prosecution.
– Mr. Omar Shafique (BS-20) shifts from Lahore to Karachi as Collector, Customs Enforcement.
– Mr. Muhammad Raza (BS-20), Director of Transit Trade, Karachi, will also hold additional charge of Collector, Customs Appeals, Karachi.
– Mr. Ahmad Affan (BS-19) becomes Collector (OPS), Customs Airports, Islamabad.
– Mr. Salman Afzal (BS-19) is posted as Collector (OPS), Customs Appraisement (East), Lahore, with additional charge of Collector (OPS), Customs Appraisement (West), Lahore.
– Mr. Afnan Khan (BS-19) moves to Karachi as Collector (OPS), Customs Exports, and will also look after Collector HQs-Exports & IOCO.
– Mr. Wajid Zaman (BS-19) retains his current role but is given additional charge of Communication & Public Relations-Customs, Islamabad.
– Mr. Amanullah (BS-19) is appointed Additional Director, Intelligence & Risk Management, Islamabad.
This reshuffle reflects FBR’s ongoing efforts to strengthen customs operations across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar.
