TouchSource has partnered with Imaginuity’s Pylot platform to launch an Online Wayfinding solution for JLL Retail. The system, now active at five sites and expanding to 35 shopping centers this year, integrates brand-forward maps accessible via mobile, web, and in-mall digital directories.

The solution replaces costly, single-channel wayfinding, transforming tenant directories into dynamic, interactive maps that update automatically when store locations change. Designed for seamless deployment across digital platforms, it enhances the visitor experience while streamlining implementation.

Imaginuity’s Pylot® platform helps multi-location businesses maintain brand consistency while allowing local flexibility. With the addition of TouchSource’s wayfinding maps, shoppers can plan their visits with ease, navigating events, dining, and services within a unified system.
