KARACHI: The authorities of Pakistan Customs were ordered to decide an application seeking re-export of a consignment within two week from the day of application.
The single judge earlier heard counsels for contesting sides in suit no 1326 of 2023. The counsel jointly submitted that Plaintiff will make an application which will be considered by the Defendants/ custom authorities.
The bench agreed to the proposition and while disposing of the suit ordered that such application shall be decided in two weeks time.
