KARACHI: A constitution petition filed by Al-Qasim Construction (Pvt) Limited was disposed off by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar and Justice Jawaz Akbar Sarwana.
As the petition came up for hearing, Amjad Hayat Advocate, counsel for petitioner made a statement that auction proceedings have been cancelled and bid money was also returned.
Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate representing Pakistan Customs submitted that as petition has served its purpose it may be disposed of. The bench accepting the plea disposed of the petition will listed applications.
