KARACHI: The Court of Special Judge Karachi Central has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Saquif Saeed, Usman Bajwa and Muhammad Tayyab Khan.
Judge Dr. Shabana Waheed has ordered FIA to arrest the abovementioned accused.
Sources said Saquif Saeed is presently in Canada. He had applied for ex-Pakistan leave, but he left Pakistan two days before the approval of the leave. His ex-Pakistan leave was later cancelled.
Usman Bajwa is hiding somewhere in Lahore, according to sources. Tayyab Khan is also absconding and he is reportedly hiding in launches at Manora.
Usman Bajwa and Saquif Saeed attempted to take charge of their new postings though email. However, FBR refused their emails and advised them to report to Member Operations in person.
It may be mentioned here that the abovementioned officers are required to appear before FIA for hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
