KARACHI: A Custom Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh ordered release of goods imported by A.O.Trafers as interim arrangement.
The bench earlier heard counsel from noted law firm Franklin Law Associates who prayed for release of goods as detention, demurrage and other charges were accumulating. The bench allowed the prayer subject to securibg of dispute amount of detention and demurrage charges with the Nazir of SHC.
The bench further ordered that fate of the amount so deposited will be subject to proceedings before this bench.
