KARACHI: The commercial imports of Bulk & LCL consignments (HC type) of all items classified under Chapter 1 to 19 of the Pakistan Customs Tariff being imported from Customs stations all over Pakistan (seaports of Karachi & all airports) except those located in Balochistan, land border stations of KPK and Sost Dry-port (GB) will be completely shifted over to PSW and clearance will be made through filing Single Declaration (SD).
As for items falling under the purview of DPP, AQD and FSC&RD, the clearance will be subject to electronic issuance of Release Orders from the respective government agency w.e.f. 28th October, 2022.
All traders/importers engaged in import of aforementioned items/commodities may be informed to file Single Declaration (Imports) through PSW system for Customs clearance of their import consignments w.e.f. 28th October 2022.
However, goods falling under the PCT codes 0401.1000, 0904.2210, 1901.1000, 0401.2000, 0910.3000, 1905.3100, 0401.4000, 0910.9100, 1905.3200, 0401.5000, 1101.0010, 1905.9000, 0402.1000, 1507.9000, 0703.1000, 0402.2100, 1509.2000, 0910.1100, 0402.7900, 1509.3000, 0703.2000, 0402.9100, 1509.4000, 1511.9030, 0402.9900, 1509.9000. 1513.1900, 0405.1000, 1510.9000, 1514.9900, 0409.0000, 1511.9010, 1515.2900, 0901.1100, 1511.9020, 1516.2010, 0901.1200, 1701.9920, 1517.1000, 0901.2100, 0902.4090, 1701.9910, 0901.2200, 0902.3000, 0902.4020, 0901.9000 and 0902.4010 have not being moved to PSW.
