KARACHI: Directorate of Internal Audit-Inland Revenue-FBR Karachi has arrested Mirza Ayaz Ali Baig from Saddar-Karachi today in connection with FIR No:01/2022 lodged in Case of Tamna Industries. Mirza Ayaz Ali Baig is owner of Quality International.
The key evidence has been obtained about transfer of heavy funds into account of Mirza Ayaz Ali Baig from accounts of Century Engineering Industries whose owner is Javed Iqbal Sidiqui which is manufacturer of Phoneix Batteries in Pakistan. In this FIR, Shaikh Shahzad Ilahi, Asif Deenar, Javed Iqbal Sidiqui have already been nominated as accused persons/ beneficiaries.
Ayaz Ali Baig had opened a firm Quality International. Investigations are underway to dig out the other persons who has remained in continuous touch with Mirza Ayaz Ali Baig for running A/C No:0105646 maintained in a private bank located in Phase-VII of DHA Karachi.
