Customs Quetta seizes smuggled goods worth Rs50 million

QUETTA: Customs Quetta has recovered large quantity of smuggled goods on main RCD at Noshki.

Information was passed through Collector Irfan Javed to Additional Collector Yasir Kalhwar regarding movement of smuggled goods.
Deputy Collector Muhammad Zohaib formed a team comprising Superintendent Saleem Agha and Inspectors Aslam Solangi and Naseer Shaheen to foil the attempt.

Resultantly, large quantity of smuggled goods including medicine, cloth, auto parts, energy drinks, electronics etc and two vehicles worth Rs50 million.
It may be mentioned here, Chief Collector Enforcement Gul Rehman has advised all field formations to tighten vigilance on the movement of smuggled goods.
