Opposition stages un-precedented protest in budget session
ISLAMABAD: The opposition parties mainly PPP and PML-N surprised the treasury benches when they suddenly brought out placards of all colors reminding the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf of their commitments made with general public. The placards read *where are one crore jobs, fifty lac houses*, why Agriculture is suffering, why farmers are in bad shape, down with selected government, Corona is not a common flu. Beside these inscriptions, slogans of *Cheeni chor, Ata chor* echoed in the house with Speaker National Assembly trying to keep the house in order. Placards were the new addition to parliamentary protest which normally ends with the tearing of copies of the budget documents but this time a new kind of protest is introduced by opposition parties who showed unity in their ranks surprising the ruling coalition.
