KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh issued pre-admission notices for March 10 in two identical petitions challenging STGO No 103 of 2019 dated 7-8-2019.
The petitions were filed by Messrs Lark Consumer Car (Pvt) Ltd and Bay International (Pvt) Ltd through Franklin Law Associates challenging the STGO and other mandatory orders like affixing retail price tags.
The counsel drew the attention of the court towards identical petitions pending a decision and also sought provisional release. No adverse action may be taken against the petitioners till next date of hearing.
