KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Mahmood A Khan issue pre-admission notices for Feb 06.
The petitioner Noor Traders and 15 others moved the court through Khalid Javed Khan advocate challenging Clause (ii) of the Salex Tax General Order (STGO) No 139/2019 issued by the FBR increasing Sales Tax from 100 per cent to 130 per cent.
The counsel relied on an order passed by this court in CP-D 6170/2019 Efert Agritrade (pvt) Limited.
