LONDON: Workspace Plc has announced the appointment of Stephen Hubbard as Non-Executive Chairman of Workspace, which will take effect at the conclusion of the 2020 Annual General Meeting on 9 July 2020.

Stephen Hubbard is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nominations Committees, having joined the Board in July 2014. Until the start of this year, Stephen served as Chairman of CBRE UK, having joined Richard Ellis in 1976 and held the position of head of EMEA and UK Capital Markets from 1998 to 2012. He also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of LXi REIT plc.
