ACSL to expand business footprints into Southeast Asia
CHIBA, JAPAN: Autonomous Control Systems Laboratory Ltd. (ACSL) announced to expand business footprints into Singapore and Southeast Asia with cooperation from Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. and Leave a Nest Singapore Pte. Ltd.
ACSL has exhibited at the Unmanned Systems Asia 2019 (April 2019) and has conducted Proof-of-Concept projects with end-users to gain understanding into client needs, technology advantages and related regulations in Southeast Asia.
The company concluded that the market demand towards ACSL’s proprietary technology to fly autonomously in GPS-denied environment using image processing (i.e., Visual SLAM) exists in Inspection and Warehouse Management applications and has decided to expand business footprints in this region.
To successfully enter the rapid-growing Southeast Asian markets, ACSL partners with Leave a Nest and Leave a Nest Singapore to leverage their know-hows and networks in a variety of field –from securing local offices and building networks with local governments/enterprises, to sales activity support and talent recruitment.
Leavea Nest and Leave a Nest Singapore support Japanese startups to enter Southeast Asian markets by providing incubation space L-HUB (L-nest Innovation HUB aka L-HUB) to promote collaboration with local startups, and by connecting startups with enterprises, government agencies and university networks.
ACSL will continue to realize social implementation of drone solutions both in and out of Japan
