SYDNEY: Further to the Group’s announcement on 1 May 2019 that the 360 Capital Group Limited has established a 50/50 joint venture with David Yuile, telecommunications industry executive and investor, to build a global digital infrastructure partnership with 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Partners (“360CDIP”) now established. Furthermore, we have a strong and growing pipeline of investment opportunities.
“Since commencing marketing, we have been approached by several Australian investment banks as well as several investors enquiring if they (or their clients) could gain access to 360CDIP through a listed platform.
“As a result of these enquiries and as part of diversifying the partnership’s capital sources, the Group and the JV Investment Manager have elected to explore an IPO on the ASX of 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund. The Fund will invest directly into 360CDIP, providing listed investors access to the 360CDIP assets and pipeline,” a statement said.
