PASAY, PHILIPPINES: Avation PLC, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announced that it delivered a new ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft to Cebu Air, Inc. (Cebu Pacific) at the manufacturer’s facility in Toulouse, France.[the_ad id=”31605″]Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA CIB) acted as sole arranger, facility agent and security trustee for the commercial financing of this aircraft. Avation was advised by K & L Gates while CA CIB was advised by Clifford Chance.
Avation’s Executive Chairman, Jeff Chatfield said: “we were pleased to enjoy commercial finance for our 46th aircraft.”
CA CIB’s Head of Asian Aviation Group, Laurent Delvart, said: “We are delighted by this additional cooperation between Avation and CA CIB”.
