KARACHI: Justice Junaid Ghaffar of High Court of Sindh on Tuesday ordered issuance of notice to defendants in a suit filed by one Muhammad Shoaib of an application seeking provisional release of an alleged smuggle vehicle.
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for the plaintiff filed an application seeking provisional release of the Toyota Surf vehicle. The bench after initial hearing ordered issuance of notice to the defendants for May 31.
