LONDON: Centaur Media Plc, an international provider of business information and specialist consultancy, announced that it completed the sale of Centaur Human Resources Limited.[the_ad id=”32940″]Centaur Human Resources Limited, whose brands include Employee Benefits Live, Employee Benefits Connect and the Forum for Expatriate Management, has been bought by DVV Media International Limited, for a cash consideration of £5 million subject to customary post-completion adjustments.
The disposal is part of the divestment process that began last October after Centaur concluded a strategic review and decided to focus on its leading brands to improve operational execution. The Group has also sold its financial services business for £5m.
Discussions about other assets are continuing and Centaur expects to make further announcements in due course. As previously disclosed, Centaur will consider the best use for the sale proceeds once the divestment process is complete.
