SINGAPORE: StarHub Ltd has announced that its subsidiary Ensign InfoSecurity Pte. Ltd. has, jointly with IronNet International incorporated Cyber Analytics Pte. Ltd., a private company limited by shares in Singapore, to jointly undertake the conduct of research and development in order to pursue cybersecurity projects and end-customer cybersecurity projects.
Cyber Analytics has an issued and paid-up share capital of S$10 comprising 10 ordinary shares, where Ensign holds 6 Cyber Analytics Shares and IronNet holds 4 Cyber Analytics Shares.
Consequently, as Ensign has an interest in 60% of the issued share capital of Cyber Analytics, Cyber Analytics is now regarded as a subsidiary of the Company.
