SINGAPORE: The Board of Directors (BoD) of Accrelist Ltd. together with its subsidiaries, has announced that the company has incorporated an indirect subsidiary in Singapore namely Accrelist Medical Aesthetics (CM) Pte. Ltd.
Accrelist Ltd. (formerly known as WE Holdings Ltd.) started out in 1986 as a distributor and manufacturer’s representative for electronics products headquartered in Singapore, catering to the needs of the electronical manufacturing industry across the Southeast Asian region.
Refresh Laser Clinic Bedok Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, owns 100 percent equity interest in the Subsidiary.
The subsidiary – Accrelist Medical Aesthetics – is incorporated with the view to expand its medical aesthetic business.
The above transaction was funded through the Group’s resources internally and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 March 2019.[the_ad id=”31605″]
