SINGAPORE: Singapore Exchange (SGX) has welcomed Sim Leisure Group Limited to its Catalist under the stock code (URR).

Based in Malaysia, Sim Leisure Group is a well-established developer and operator of theme parks. The Group presently operates theme parks in Penang, Malaysia, namely the ESCAPE Adventure play and ESCAPE Water play, as well as the upcoming ESCAPE Gravity play which is expected to commence operations this year.

With a market capitalisation of about S$30 million, the listing of Sim Leisure Group Limited brings the total number of companies listed on Catalist to 216, with a combined market capitalisation of about S$10 billion. Sim Leisure Group Limited opened at $0.17 on Friday.
