KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Thursday disposed of a constitution petition filed by Cosmo International which import tiles.
The bench comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi earlier heard a lawyer from Franklin Law Associates who maintained that since 2016 new VR is not being issued and assessment was on higher side affecting the business of the petitioner.
A counsel for Pakistan Customs, Valuation assured the court that proper assessment would be made and regular exercise would be conducted to ensure that Valuation Ruling issued as per law within time.
