LAHORE: Final Passing Out Ceremony of 40 under-training Assistant Commissioners of Inland Revenue Service (45th STP) was held in the Directorate General of Training & Research (Inland Revenue), Lahore.
Mr. Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan, Chairman FBR/Secretary Revenue Division was the Chief Guest. Those who attended the ceremony included Director General, DGTR-Customs, Chief Commissioners, Commissioners, and other senior and retired officers of Inland Revenue Service.
Ms. Iram Adnan, Director General DGTR-IR in her speech thanked the Chairman FBR and distinguished guests who graced the occasion with their presence.
Mr. Mohammad Jahanzeb Khan, Chairman FBR congratulated the officers on completion of their Specialized Training Program (STP) and hoped that they would contribute a lot towards national economy and on-going Reforms Program of FBR.
Later on honorable Chairman distributed Medals and Certificates to the participants of the training program.
DG’s Gold Medal for excellence was awarded to Malik Muhammad Javed Iqbal and DG’s Silver Medalu for Excellence was awarded to Syeda Iqra Munawar Kazmi.
In the memory of late Mr. Muhammad Nasir Ghari, Director DGTR-IR, Ghauri’s Gold Medal for best Sportsman was awarded to Mr. Muhammad Yousaf Ismail and Ghauri’s Gold Medal for best Sportswoman was awarded to Ms. Maheen Mehdi Raja. DG’s Gold and DG’s Silver Medals for Excellence were also awarded to Ms. Sajal Tariq and Ms. Sadaf Ihsan, Assistant Commissioners, respectively on their extra ordinary performance in 44th STP.
