KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abul Malik Gaddi on Wednesday ordered issuance of notice to DIT, Pakistan Customs for March 07 in a petition filed by owner of a luxury Toyota Land Cruiser, model 2001.
The petitioner is seeking implementation of a judgment given by Special Customs Court here. The bench after hearing the counsel for petitioner ordered issuance of notices to respondents for March 07.
