KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh on Thursday issued notice to custom authorities of Port Muhammad Bin Qasim for Feb 27. The bench earlier heard counsel for petitioners Sea Gold Private Limited and Qasim Freight Station.
The dispute raised in the petition pertain to use of land at the port. The petitioners maintains that only Ministry of Commerce can decide the land use of disputed place. The bench after hearing initial arguments while issuing notices to the respondents fix Feb 27 for final argument in the petition.
