KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) ordered provisional release of a Toyota Axio car.
The bench comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi heard the counsel for petitioner Abdul Wali who submitted that the car was intercepted at Ghani Chowrangi, Shershah on 12-4-2017 and since then is in custody of custom officials.
The counsel submitted that the special customs appellate tribunal has already ruled in their favour.
The bench after hearing initial arguments ordered respondent custom officials to release the car provisionally.
