KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulifqar Ahmed Khan on Monday ordered provisional release of a Toyota Hilux vehicle.
The bench earlier heard Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate representing petitioner Muhibullah. She stated that the Special Customs Appellate Tribunal has ruled in favor of the petitioner. She relied on a recent case law and said vehicle can be released provisionally.
The bench agreeing to the arguments ordered Pakistan Customs to release the vehicle provisionally.
