KARACHI: Justice Irfan Saadat Khan of High Court of Sindh on Monday adjourned hearing of a criminal revision application filed by an importer till Aug 08 as his counsel was called absent.
Shaikh Riaz and Ali Afzal challenged the dismissal of their acquittal plea filed under section 265-K by an appellate forum. He was accused of getting consignments cleared without paying custom duty and taxes. They allegedly imported different items of daily use.
