KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh suspended data based valuation guidelines.
According to details S.F Enterprises filed a suit challenging the guideline on ground that another bench of SHC in 2017 also suspended the guidelines holding that DG valuation is not empowered to issue guidelines.
The custom officials sought assessment of the stainless scorer as per guideline issued on 22-5-2018. The bench after hearing the counsel for plaintiff suspended the guidelines.
