KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Mrs Ashraf Jahan dimissed a please for release of a Hino bus used for smuggling Iranian oil.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by one Isrhad Hussain. Khalid Rajpar advocate, counsel for Pakistan Customs opposed the petition on ground that by smuggling diesel into cavaties of a passenger vehicle was dangerous for the passengers travelling in the bus.
