KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh will hear a petition filed by M.J.Textile today. The case is fixed for compliance report as court has already ordered release of the items detained by the Pakistan Customs.
The petitioner approached the court for implementation of order passed by Collector Customs, Adjudication who ordered release of imported cloth. The order came as imported bales were of Pink color while the confiscated bales were white in color.
The bench on a previous hearing directed the custom officials to implement the order of their own adjudicating authority and sought a compliance report by Tuesday, April 17 (today).
