KARACHI: Model Custom Collectorate (Preventive) Lahore has been quite active against the movement of smuggled goods into the City and carried out a number of operations seizing smuggled vehicles and goods worth of Rs.951.27 Millions during the first nine months of the current fiscal year July 2017 to March 2018.
Mr.Faiz Ahmad Collector MCC (P) Lahore has advised Muhammad Moazzam Raza DC,Nasir Mehmood Tarar Superintendent and entire ASO team to keep strict vigil on the movement of smuggled goods.
During the period under review,MCC (P) Lahore seized 71-Vehicles and miscellaneous goods worth of Rs.951.27 Millions. In addition, a sizeable quantity of Narcotics, foreign Currency and Gold was also recovered. MCC (P) Lahore had seized smuggled vehicles and miscellaneous goods worth of Rs.300.27 Millions in the same period of last year July 2016 to March 2017.
In March 2018, MCC (P) Lahore seized vehicle and miscellaneous goods worth of Rs.88.450 Millions.
