KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) announced the judgment reserved in dozens of Special Customs Reference Applications (SCRA’s) filed against impunged Order in Revision passed by Director General Pakistan Customs.
The respondent DG, Valuation rejected an appeal against assessment levying chargs beyond section 25-D of the Customs Act 1969. By Director Valuation.
Today announcing the judgment, an appellate bench of SHC allowed some petitions while rejected some. The detailed judgment is awaited.
