KARACHI: Notices were ordered for Feb 6 by a customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh while hearing a constitutional petition filed by Fancy Fabrics company.
The petitioner moved the court through Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate seeking implementation of orders of Collector Adjudication Asif Marghoob Siddiqui who also vacated a show cause and ordered Pakistan Customs to release the consignment.
