KARACHI: MCC Preventive Lahore has recovered foreign origin arms from the possession of a UK national at the airport.
Custom Preventive Lahore, working on a specific information received through Collector Faiz Ahmed , intercepted a British National named Mansoor Aslam in International Arrival Lounge of Lahore Airport after he crossed the Green Channel during flight checking of PIA flight no.710 arriving from Manchester.
Mansoor Aslam holds UK passport. One employee of M/s Airblue named Manzoor was escorting him.The detailed search of Mansoor ‘s luggage led to the recovery of seven shotguns.
The passenger is frequent traveller and reportedly his two shotguns already detained at Islamabad Airport one year ago.The passenger is detained by Custom for further investigations .
