KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has advised Chief Collector South that the annual confidential reports (ACRs) of four principal appraisers should be completed and furnished to the Board.
Chief Collector has directed Principal Appraisers Syed Abdul Hafeez and Javed Hasan of MCC Port Qasim, Muzaffar Ali Rizvy and Masood-ul-Hasan at MCC Appraisement West to complete their ACRs and submit at the earliest otherwise their WeBOC system User IDs would be blocked.
The ACRs of principal appraisers are required for their promotion in Grade-17 as assistant collectors. However, these officers are reluctant to get promoted ahead of their retirement because they do not want to be posted outside Karachi.
